Fashchic 15 - Never received the package

I placed my order on the month of april, to be exact on *rd. They rushed me through the process of doing pre payment on gpay which should have alerted me looking back. I did inquiry about any issues regarding the delivery being impacted by pandemic, which they assured me would occur as they are dispatching stuff. Fast forward, I didn't receive any sort of delivery status. They kept in contact with me till August which was after numerous try from my part then proceeded to simply ghost me. Their whole interface sort of changed, so I decided to give the benefit of doubt and tried to reach out through other portals like whatsapp and email. Both of those remained unresponsive. They keep their comment section in their numerous posts turned off,that way I can't even alarm the others about their fraudulent. This was my first unfortunate experience with an IG seller and it was really disheartening for me because I tried to be really understanding towards them. Now its almost the end of December. So, it's pretty much clear the whole thing was a scam in the first place. I just need something like a closure to be honest. Just acknowledge the fact you are a fraud or I'm just hoping this was just a one off mishap due to the pandemic. If it's so, provide a refund. Be a better person.
