Dear sir /mam
This is the last way left with me to file a complaint against hitatchi as I have called them several times but no resolution is given.they are just making a fool of us.
I purchased a split ac of hitatchi in the year **** and since then it has been a nightmare for me.since the very after installation the AC stopped working in few days after a lot of calls to there dealer koolex air conditioner.they visited and charged us ***** more for changing of gas pipeline and in few days the AC stopped working again.
I also called and made a complaint in the hitatchi customer care Gurugram also,but same NO RESPONSE
Since that time till today the AC is just a show piece on our wall and nothing more. I want hitatchi should replace my AC with the new one as I have suffered a lot or just take there pc back and return my money.
