vodafone ideaVi - Network issues

I have port my mobile number to vodafone-idea Vi network this *th october ****, SIM card got activated on *th October ****, since that time network was not there to this number at my place, but outside my house like **-*** m distance far there was network. I complained through customer care, gallery still no resolution, till now. I lost my job in this pandemic, so trying desperately for new job. If people couldn't communicate with me how would I get job.
As its not even been a month to purchased new SIM , I don't have any written /mail from Vi(Vodafone-idea) Team. Don't want to lose hard earn many to post-paid bills ,that's why writing this complaint.
