Idea vi india - Network issue

I am the user of vi ( idea network ) respected sir I reached *** for month for unlimited local and national calls and daily *.* gb data this is my plan sir... But since from when I have chosen this network I am not getting the proper network and my data is getting wasted.... Dear sir I am not bothered about my wastage of my data... I had a lot of pain that so many times I have lodged the compliant against my network till now issue didn't solved even I went for porting of network then I got the call from vi person and gaven the assurance for solving the issue but sir till now I am facing the same issue sir.. I request you kindly raise my complaint and please sir I beg you treat this complaint as common man issue sir please sir....
