Bought a Motorola G* Plus in August ****. Device still under warranty. Frequently network disconnects and both voice and data services drops.Issue present in different locations and under different carriers. Contacted carriers and they said their systems working fine and told to change phone. Tested the SIM in other brand phone, it works perfectly without any single issue of network drops. Visited Motorola Authorised Service centre thrice for the same problem. Still issue not rectified. There are many people with this issue in Motorola G* Plus mobile owners thread. Motorola agents said they will release a software update around seven months ago, still issue there. Asked motorola to refund the money, they asks me to submit the device again.I bought this phone at a price of ***** and now at times I can't use a phone for basic functions like call, data services. There are other software issues too. The touch detection fails at times. I can't navigate, open apps, switch on mobile data and so on. While browsing Internet very frequently network disconnects so that I can't use this phone for any purpose.Contacted Motorola heads via twitter still no use.I had to travel **km to reach the earlier service centre. I went there * times making it around ***km travelling for this issue.
