Sunrise Star Services - Net down and customer service unresponsive

My entire office work is dependent on the internet. It has been down since midnight. I messaged the point person then itself and also called in the morning at * AM. He replied saying it will be fixed in sometime. It has been ** hours now and he is unresponsive and my entire day is wasted. More importantly, I had important meetings and client work that could not be completed.
