Manmohit Fashion - Neither replacement nor refunding

I saw this product (dress)online on Instagram and really liked it. Hence I contacted the person on WhatsApp as the number was mentioned in the post. They delivered me the wrong order. Hence they asked me to self ship and I did( I have the receipt) Now it’s been almost one month neither they are delivering the product replacement nor they are refunding my money. Plus they have stopped replying to me in WhatsApp as well.
