Realme's indian authorise seller Om sales Corporation. - Neither received my product nor refund.

On the date of **sep ****. Official flash sale date of realme xt smartphone. I was looking for shopping on google. I got promted by realme Authorize store, claiming it's an Indian site of realme. It appears exactly same as realme site. So, I brought that smartphone by making online payment through payumoney by using my credit card, however it was the only option (no cod). And I received confirmation mail. But then I never received my order not my refund. I tried to contact and compliant on site, seller site and payumoney too, but no one responded. Then, I realised that I suffered from online fraud. I lost my ***** ₹ . And then suffered from financial and psychological depression.

Then , I tried to collect all the evidences that I have.
