Invoice Number = #IN****** Invoice Date = **/**/**** Order Reference = LZCIBDNIP Order date = **/**/**** PLs see attached invoice. The order is not delivered even after a month. One Mr. Abid (mob: **********) had been assuring me over phone to share the courier tracking ID since * weeks and now he is neither answering the phone not calling back. I have asked for a refund now and there is no response. Even emails are not responded.. I had asked for the whereabouts of my Order through email to info@kashmiwalnuts.co.in on Dec **th **** and there is no reply till date.
