Byasalaji Health Tech Pvt Lmt - Neither Package Delivered nor Amount Refunded

I had ordered for * packs of Zandopa powder worth INR .*** per pack on **_Aug-****.Since I did not get the item after their usual delivery date , I had send a remainder mail for the same.On reply for that they had given me a docket number of blue dart.
On checking the same, I found that the item returned from a place named KOTA, which is nearby their office on **-Aug-****.I had informed them about that, and they said that the item returned from courier facility becoz of some delivery related issues and it is still at their office.
Next day they send a mail that they will return the cash, but still (**-Sep-****) not received the amount.They keep on extending the date.
