Thermoclassic Site - Neither item is delivered nor company is processing refund

This is to bring to your attention that I have done a prepaid order of a smart robotic automatic room vacuum cleaner from https://thermoclassic.site/. Since the product was not delivered to me, I raised a mail for a refund. Now the company is denying for the refund and they are not in the mood of doing so. There is no contact information on their website except mail. When I raised my concern through the mail, They are saying it's completely your fault that the product is undelivered.
