I have ordered Samsung F** Mobile from samsung.com on *.**.****, but to date on **.**.****, neither product is delivered nor refunded, the status of the delivery website www. shiprocket.in shows earlier ' short shipment' now Lost. I have contacted them several times to customer support but the same reply received, ' wait for **-**hrs your problem will be resolved but nothing happened yet. I recommend never to buy from samsung.com
