I Santhoshkumar R, Residing at the below mentioned address had gave a *nos **GP containers of rice consignment to export to Dubai in the year of March/****.



As per your company staff’s commitment you hadn’t loaded my containers in the scheduled vessel MESSSINI even after I had handed over the goods to you three days before the vessel cutt-off time. I had witnessed the messy things happened in the Adani CFS in unloading the truck. A truck had waited more than **hrs after gated into the Adani CFS for unloading.



As per your words we had console our importer with the story narrated by you.



Finally you had sent my containers in the next vessel known as SCI CHENNAI.



One fine day the story narrated by you had failed and my importer got doubt in the transit period and contacted you directly. By overruling all the ethics of the business you had replied to the importer without my knowledge. And openly told everything to the importer without my knowledge. So the total process got messed up because of you. Moreover, you had done a mistake in BL (Number of Bags),the importer had paid some fees to Dubai officials to release the containers because of your negligence. It costs around **** AED.


Regarding the payment issue, I had transferred *,**,***/- INR before you release the BL, in the process of transferring the balance amount a technical error had occurred. That’s not my mistake nor yours. I had performed a scheduled payment for the balance payment based upon the amount receivable from the importer on that day before the process to get complete you had replied to the importer and messed up everything.

I need a proper explanation for the above points within the period of ** days,otherwise I will pray before the consumer protection council against for a compensation of Rupees Fifty Thousand for the mistakes done by you which had caused me a huge loss and lost my reputation from my importer. And more over your personal word attacks and words uttered by the men sent to my partner's residence had hurt me mentally.
