Zeroinfy - Negligence in doing their duties

I have ordered audit classes on *st march and made payment on the same day and I spoke to concerned person and the order should be received by * to *working days but I don't receive the order within time and on making enquiry i found that they don't even placed the order and on contacting they said one of the concerned employee has not placed the order and they placed the order now and I should wait again * to *working days.
