Baby toys - Need upi amount refund

Dear concern, i had purchased a pack of baby toys from meesho which was delivered on *rd August ****, my payable amount was Rs. ***, first time i was pay by phonpe upi but the delivery boy asked me that he had not received the payment and asked me for cash payment i was do the same, after sometime i got a message that upi payment has been successfull and the money debited from my account.i called the delivery boy and he told me that amount will be refund in my account with in for or five working days and also castomar care told the same things but still now i don't get the my upi amount refund.
