However, after making the payment, I discovered that: The promised benefits were not honored. The company is not responding to my emails or calls. Several other consumers have also reported similar fraudulent activities. I have attempted to contact Rossette Grand for a resolution, but they have failed to address my concerns. Hence, I am seeking intervention from the Consumer Forum to take appropriate action against this fraudulent company. Relief Sought: A full refund of the amount paid.
