Unfortunately, my experience with the BeatXP smartwatch has been disappointing. After updating, the smartwatch got bricked and showed "Firmware is temporarily unavailable, please contact the seller for processing"
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
