Subject :- NEED REPLACEMENT of TOYOTA INNOVA CRYSTA - UP ** - DE **** latest by SPET. **, **** & Compensation of ** Crore by delaying, putting my life in risk, hurdles in my routine life and consuming my valuable time.
I have bought TOYOTA INNOVA CRYSTA in FEB **,**** from GRAND TOYOTA, MEERUT which has the registration no. is UP ** DE ****.It was really a pleasure to buy (TOYOTA INNOVA CRYSTA - UP ** - DE ****) which was the first car in the Meerut in ****.
As the time passed and i am facing multiple issues with my (TOYOTA INNOVA CRYSTA - UP ** - DE ****), regularly and i was updated to the dealer about the same time to time and they use repair and after the delivery it was smooth and again stat facing another issue. It keeps going on till now.
TOYOTA had delivered to me the MANUFACTURING DEFECTED CAR. My Complaint No. TCM********** which was registered on Sept. **, **** at*:**pm (Mr. Sebestian). And no replacement till now.
I had faced the following issues like –
*. Steering Problem
*. Gear Shifting
*. Gear Vibration
*. Desk board Vibration
*. Vehicle Balancing
*. Tyre Balancing
*. Distortion of Disc
*. Electrical Issue
*. Mechanical Issue
*. Leakage Issue
**. Unwanted stoppage of engine - * times (* time in night and * time in day and evening time) I and my brother pushed (THAKKA) the car while wearing the SUITES in crowded areas AND MY LIFE WAS IN RISKED * TIMES and in complete DANGER..
We push the vehicle – THAKKA just like BULL/DONKEY CART (TOYOTA INNOVA CRYSTA - UP ** - DE ****). Every time, the dealer has given assurance that Vehicle is fully checked and thoroughly serviced. We used to take delivery and have been facing issues since I bought this car (TOYOTA INNOVA CRYSTA - UP ** - DE ****). And this vehicle (TOYOTA INNOVA CRYSTA - UP ** - DE ****) has risked my life twice at night and I was helpless. And Dealer had taken * time data of the electrical parts and they used to repair and again faced severe issues. It keeps going. I have made the complaint to the CUSTOMER CARE by using TOLL FREE NO. *********** and spoke to many but they failed to provide me with the resolution of my complaint.
I humbly and genially request you to assure me about the resolution and replace my MANUFACTURING DEFECTIVE CAR (TOYOTAINNOVA CRYSTA - UP ** - DE ****) . And I need (TOYOTA INNOVA CRYSTA) has MANUFACTURING DEFECT and I want the replacement of the vehicle.
