I ordered a product from their site using their instagram link. After putting all the details, their portal took me to paytm site so that i can make my payment. As soon as i made the payment, rs *** were deducted and the website said that thier were some glitches. I got no intimation whether my order was placed or not. However, i kept on mail them for * days but in vain. They do not reply at all!! They are not even returning my money. Pathetic service.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
