WWW.Marketanand.com - Need Refund

I made a payment of rs.*****/ on Aug **th - and Rs. *****/- on Aug **st totally *****/- to Marketanand.com for ultra service in Stock and share tips in Nifty future. More than ** days are passed from the date of payment​. But still I m not received any service calls from Marketanand. I m trying to communicate the company customer executive but phone will switched off. I mailed to the company mail id and concerned officer on **.**.**** about my issue and ask refund of my money *****/- rs. But I m not received any get back from the company. *****/- is my Two month salary, if the refund is not happen me and my family faces much difficultly. So pls consider my complaint For the evidence I attached the screenshots of payment confirmation receipts received from company to my mail id.
