Details of Complaint:
I recently purchased a Hyundai Venue car and received a WhatsApp message from Mr. Aryan Sharma stating that my name had been shortlisted for vouchers and a dinner booking at Bar Rosso Café on **st March ****.

Upon arrival at the venue, the team asked us to fill out a form and began promoting membership plans of Caribbean Holidays Ltd. Initially, they offered a **-year plan, but when we expressed disinterest, they quickly shifted to a *-year plan with a monthly EMI of ₹*,***. Despite being told the session would last only ** minutes, we were held for nearly * hours and persistently persuaded to purchase the membership.

Under pressure, we agreed to the plan and made a payment of ₹**,*** through my ICICI Bank credit card. An EMI schedule was also set up, totaling approximately ₹**,***. However, we immediately realized that the scheme was not beneficial and requested Mr. Sahil and Mr. Deepak to cancel the transaction. They informed us that the accounts team, which had already left, would handle the refund. Despite waiting ** hours and making several follow-up calls, no action was taken. Eventually, we were provided with a customer care email and asked to wait another ** hours. Meanwhile, the team continued to pressure us into downgrading to a *-year package, which we declined.

No login ID or membership account has been created for us so far. The company is now denying the refund of the ₹**,*** debited from my ICICI Bank credit card.
Prayer/Request:
I request the police to kindly register this complaint against Caribbean Holidays Ltd. and the individuals involved for fraudulent misrepresentation and coercive sales practices. I further request that necessary legal action be taken to ensure the reversal and refund of the ₹**,*** amount paid through my ICICI Bank credit card.
