Jet Airways India / Goibibo - Need Refund for flight cancellations

I had made some flights booking in summer **** from MUMBAI to DELHI dated ** April **** of Jet Airways(*W-***) with PNR: MAGWBS which got cancelled and due to which we were stucked in such a situation that we had to make an another option and complete our travelling in which we had to paid extra money.
Later at that time i had raised a refund claim in month of April ****.So, from that time and till present date i had just received a message that the refund is under process.I had tried the customer care number and the help section of the goibibo too, but both are not of any use to me.
And i also want to know that if a customer ever cancels a flight booking, he doesn't receives the full refund. So in this case due to some crisis of the Jet Airways the flight got cancelled and we had to suffer a lot and were forced to complete the journey by paying an extra amount.
So, plz look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
