Hi,
My membership no bearing *********** and folio no- *********,Receipt no- ***********,Account no- *********** in the name of Bina Pradhan, which got matured on **-*-****. We have visisted *** times to your regional office in Guwahati(Assam) but the money hasnt been credited still and they been extending the date for past * years. Can you please look into this and update about the payment before I take this case to Ombudsman.
