Kolors Healthcare India Private Limited - Need my amount back for the service they are not providing

Its in Anna Nagar, Chennai branch have joined for weight loss and laser hair removal, they do not even have proper health care persons to take care of people who come for treatment, they only know to get the amount and cheat the customers, I paid **k for laser hair removal and **k for **kgs weight loss which is the worst treatment they provided me first week, I lost the interest and when asked for refund refused to give my money back and not picking my calls, refusing to give appointments, giving me all fake reasons. pls help me to get my money back
