Settl lagos - Need my advance amount

I am Joe Judith. I have booked a room in anna nagar ( settl lagos) through settl. I asked for a room in anna nagar but they showed a virtual tour of karapakkam room and asked me to pay **** advance. Only after paying the amount i know its not anna nagar property. Then they said sorry and arranged me a room in Anna Nagar property. I clearly asked him if there are any other extra charges , he said no. But once I received the email I noticed they are asking for extra **** for registration. I informed him i am coming in person to visit the room , he said ok mam u can come i will arrange for it. But when i went to see the next day , they made me wait for ** min and finally he is questioning me .. Its a very bad experience overall . I want to cancel my booking. U can take **** for registration charges and kindly refund **** back.
