Vlcc Health Care - Need full refund of services under money back guarantee

I have joined VLCC healthcare on **th Feb **** for weight loss treatment in Vatika city centre, sector **, Gurgaon. Treatment includes package of ** kg weight loss+** lipodetox + * curve expert. I have got separate bills for the same (one worth Rs. ***** and another Rs.*****, attached bill worth Rs ***** unable to attach * bills) paid through HDFC debit card. Since from the joining I have barely lost *.* kgs (weight on my first session **/**/** was **kg and on **/**/**** was **.*kg). I have undergone only one curve expert and lipo-detox (in that too I was injured during suction of machine with unbearable pain in the tummy with blue-red marks and was unable to join for almost * week). The attendant said it's normal but it wasn't. Being a nutritionist I was aware of water loss, weight loss, inch loss, Fat percentage, BCA, BMI (everything and I have a copy of reports on the first day of session and today's BCA) and also about the role of diet and following the same properly with exercise, but unable to get any result from VLCC treatment. I have been informing this regularly to VLCC duty in-charge and asking for the change of session pattern or session timings or combination thereof for getting results. I know that combination of vibration with half an hour heat works better for weight loss. I have never got a single heat session also in the past * months. It's not the first time I am taking this kind of weight loss treatment. In **** also, I had already gone through the same treatment and reduced * kgs weight in * months. There they have the proper protocol of sessions on an alternate day with proper massages weekly. Here in VLCC, I had barely get alternate days of the session. They are postponing my sessions and therapy due to the scarcity of staff and rooms. With lots of equipment of lipo-detox curve expert UCT, VLCC is unable to manage/work with clients. I am really very disappointed. I have to lose weight before marriage and June was my target. I and my family is really very dissatisfied with VLCC weight loss treatment. With my limited earnings, I have spent a lot of money on this treatment which I need to get back. Every time I visited the centre it cost Rs. ***-*** to and fro (home to Vatika city centre). I need a refund of my whole amount without even any deduction of taxes. I have mailed VLCC customer care several times (* June ****, ** June ****, * July ****), but there was no response, even on personal meet they tried to convert this Rs. ***** to another service for me. I need my whole refund of the payment of Rs. ***** plus my visiting convenience of a cab each time of around Rs.*****.
