I BOOKED AIRTEL AIRTEL XTREME FIBER ON **-**-**** AND PAID ONLINE RS. ****/- VIA UPI TO AIRTEL AGENT WHO HAD COME IN MY PLACE AT THE TIME OF FEASIBILITY CHECK. HE ASSURED ME THAT AIRTEL FIBER IS FEASIBLE IN MY PLACE AND THEY BOOKED THE SAME. AFTER FEW DAYS AIRTEL TECHNICIAN HAD COME TO INSTALL AIRTEL FIBER AND THEY SAID THAT NOT FEASIBLE. SO I ASKED FOR REFUND THEY SAID WITHIN ** HOURS REFUND WILL BE DONE AND THEY HAD GONE. ANOTHER DAY TWO PERSON HAD COME INTO MY PLACE TO INSTALL TO INSTALL DTH CONNECTION BUT I SAID I DID NOT REQUIRE DTH CONNECTION. BUT THEY HAD INSTALLED THEMSELF AND WENT FROM MY PLACE. NOW I NEED COMPLETE REFUND RS. ****/- AS NOT YET INSTALL AIRTEL FIBER.
