As a customer I am using an e-wallet, I need to know what is my closing balance against every transaction I make in Airtel Payments wallet whether that is a credit or debit.
As of now, this is not enabled in Airtel app but this is a must option. When I have sent this mail to their customer care, they are replying how to check transactions in the Airtel APP.
In the month of February I rehanged my DTH for minimum balance and money got deducted but there was no transaction registered in their APP. If the transaction failed for any reason it should reflect as a failed transaction but there was no entry. When I checked my balance there was an only available balance. So the amount for the failed transaction was not reflecting anywhere and I was unable to identify whether this got deducted or not also as there were no balance details available against the previous transaction. This issue got fixed anyway but as a customer using an e-wallet, I should know my available balance against every transaction.
When I spoke to customer care he is asking me to get an account statement through writing a mail to their support to identify credit and debit details. I am following almost more than * months.
