Light rings - Need a return and refund

I've ordered rings on *th February,**** order no: LR***** in the name Divyadharshini.
The ordered delivered on **th February,****.
I have initiated for return and refund on the same day of delivery to the link you have sent.
But so far there was no update or anything about the return.
I've tried every possible ways to contact you,but there was no response.
Kindly please do consider this mail and arrange the need as soon as possible.
