Agoda com - Need a refund for a hotel booking cancelled due to national lockdown in 2020

I had booked two rooms for myself and my parents at the Lemon Tree Premier Delhi hotel via Agoda.com for one night April **-** **** by paying in full for the said rooms. Due to nationwide lockdown the trip was cancelled however refund has not been generated by Agoda.com. There is no email id in the website to proceed with grievance. Theres a chatbot where the option to address my complaint isnt present.
