I ordered an Omega * supplement from Bight Lifecare Pvt Ltd on **-May**** and I received it on **-May-***. The product which I received was manufactured on Oct **** and Expiry on Sep ****, and the pack was old and already opened one.I brought the product for my ** year old father and he wont be able to consume the *** capsule product within * months time. left. I contacted their customer care to replace the item as the item is near expiry. they asked me to send the images of the pack and I did so. The reply I got was that they are unable to replace as the pack is already opened, they even didnt acknowledge the age of the product. amidst of several follow ups they are still adamant on not replacing the product.
