On **-**-**** **:** I bought * services from Naukri Resume Display and Job*U for * months by paying Rs. **** (Transaction ID: ******TS*******) by the guidance of Naukri Advisor Vineet Sharma.
Prior to this, I was using Basic Monthly Plan
Later on the same day at **:**, I received mail about the deduction for the amount Rs.*** which is for Basic Plan.
This basic plan is completely useless for me as I already book the same service in the afternoon for * months. Advisor Vineet Sharma also knew about my last service and confirmed that buying a new service will not auto-renew my last service.
There is no information is passed from Naukri Advisor Vineet Sharma to me that there is a need for cancellation for Basic Plan first before generating a new plan request. This is the miss from Naukri Advisors' end because of which I end up paying the additional amount.
At just after receiving the deduction mail I tried to contact Naukri Customer Care but no response received. I filled a complaint against the same on portal and mail.
I have dropped several emails and reported requests on customer care calls and the company portal for cancellation for services and refund of the amount. Customer Services always revert me by saying in this case cancellation team will call you and is the under the conduct of refund.
To date, I haven't received any call from Naukri about the cancellation. I have filed multiple complaints and emails but no response is received.
