Flora Appliances Pvt Ltd - Natraj Atta chakki defective product

We purchased Natraj
stone atta chakki from Flora Appliances Pvt Ltd. The machine is grinding too coarce flour even on highest setting on which it is ideally supposed to grind maida. Also, the flour is coming out from the sides and not just outlets. It's been ** days and the company is not ready to exchange the product.
Worst part is that all products of Flora are ₹****-**** costlier than their value on online platforms. They justify this by saying online platforms have old products. How vague can it get?
This is just their unethical and corrupt marketing tactics. They try to convince the buyer that the same product which is cheaper online, us cheap because it's an old model. There unnecessarily more than ** version of same product to serve this purpose.
