Pavithran filed complaint against FB cake on Feb 6, 2024
Today, I had a bad experience at kalpakkam branch. I purchased a *kg Red Blast cake for my second anniversary and paid the full amount in the morning. In the evening, I requested delivery of the cake. However, upon receiving it, I noticed that the names on the cake were misspelled. Despite clearly informing them on the receipt to ensure the correct spelling of "Pavithran" and "Gayathri," they wrote "Pavithiran" and "Gayathiri" instead. This has left me incredibly disappointed, especially considering the significant amount I paid (about **** Rs). The mistake has completely spoiled the occasion for me.
