Bird Travels Private Limited - Name change not done with same person

The complain regarding flight booking issue about name change / correction

As we booked the * family tickets from one of the provider of vietjet air on ** the december ****. The booking id was B**ACM which is from Mumbai to seoul and TRZMA* from seoul to mumbai.

As we reschedule the whole journey twice with spending of ***** again by bird travels Delhi which is partner of vietjet in India

As we booked my wife ticket with before marriage name but we adviced by passport office as we have to travel with our minor daughter ,so we got passport after marriage name .


As a genuine case we start very early to name change with vietjet and partner bird travels in India by multiple mails.

Bombay team denied us before a week to change a name . As we almost request more than ** times to main hot line of vietjet airway with bombay and Delhi regarding bird travel offices by given phon calls and mails.

I finally mailed to Delhi office for change in name request as we want to travel .
They firstly told verbal this will done with few charges.

As the case and final request the journey was on ** th may so I request them through mail on ** ,the change should be done upto May ** upto ** noon and convey .
But they didnt in time .
So I also conveyed them in same mail that if not possible by u to change name of the same case despite we sent all required documents like adhar card,gazette certificate of name change,marriage certificate,passport image .

So we almost lost *,**,*** rs
Again our family tour get cancelled due to this .
Mental harassment all this happens


We need full refund and compensation
