Namaste teen patti app - Namaste Teen Patti withdrawal scam

Hello there! I am very disappointed and frustrated right now. At first I did not face any issue but after * withdrawal when I attempted for *th withdrawal it is still showing processing and they don't have any dedicated customer service and this has become serious when I faced the same issue with my other Accounts where even after * full day of processing time an option popped up to urge payment and when I clicked it I got another message on top of that withdrawal page showing payment has already dunned and since then another half of the day has been passed but no sign of my amount...I am in urgent need of money....somebody please me to claim my hard earned money back and if possible or anybody knows the way to sue this company or app legally kindly help with that as well.
