Nagendra Yadav - Nagendra Yadav Complaint is fake

Please be noted that the below email from Mr. Nagendra Yadav S/O SH. SHRIKANT YADAV
R/O VILLAGE TEEKAR, POST SOGHAURA
(KAUIRAM) DISTT. GORAKHPUR, U.P. ******
is not related to facts and beyond the reality, please find the below facts:
*. Mr. Nagendra Yadav is not our customer and has never buy any tour package from us in past years. He is making this false and misguiding to all of you. He was my friend since last **yrs and we had family relations since long time.
*. Mr. Nagendra Yadav approached me to join my business and come to Delhi from Gorakhpur and has signed a partnership deed with me on **nd October **** in the name and Style of M/s Book My India Trip and having **% share in the same partnership firm. He has hided the fact from all of you. (copy of deed is attached for your kind reference.)
*. After signing the deed within a week time he asked to wind up the company and partnership has been dissolved on **th October ****. (copy of dissolution is attached.)
*. After dissolution there are some payment issues between me and Nagendra Yadav, and we have settled our disputes and I issued a cheque of Rs.*,**,***/- in favour of Nagendra Yadav, in pursuance of the aforesaid cheque I have made the part payment of Rs.**,***/- to Nagendra Yadav and remaining amount of Rs.**,***/- is agreed to paid by me to Nagendra Yadav on or before March ****. Nagendra Yadav have acknowledged the aforesaid transaction by sending the reply of my email copy of the said email is attached.
*. That Nagendra Yadav have circulated defamatory materials and false facts and information to all of you through mails or other social media platform just to defame the reputation and goodwill of my firm as well as damaging my personal image and also harassing my family members (my father and my son Ayush) by threatening through calls and whatsapp massages.
In view of the above I am requesting to all of you to ignore such mails or massages send by Nagendra Yadav and do not entertain his calls and reply his whatsapp massages.
