My Raymond - MyRaymond has not refunded money even after successful pickups from last more than couple of weeks

I have ordered from myraymond india my appealrs shirts, pants and suit but due to soze issues i have returned the products and due to heavy rain few products got cancelled automatically , they all got picked up but never got any email rated to refund so thought it will be imitiated once it reached their warehouse, As i can see it reached couple of weeks ago already but still no money is refunded according to their stated refund policy. I wrote couple of emails as well but no reply since. No callable numbe is provided on website as well. So now I'm victim of fraud i never thought big company like raymond can do.
