Myntrafab in - Myntrafab in couldnot deliver my package and looted my money

I have ordered on myntrafab.in store via navigation from facebook advertisement on **.**.**.I ordered dry fruits which cost around Rs ****/-. Money paid through netbanking from my bank account no *********** of idfc bank, dalhousie branch by transaction id *********** to Razor pay payment gateway which was provided by myntrafab.in online store.but unfortunately i never received any shipping confirmation neither they refunded the money. On clicking the link it now redirected my to shopcluze.in.and the phone number they provided is invalid . Pl find attachment and forwarded message for required documents.
