Myntra On Line Shopping - myntra cancelled the order but dint received amount even after month and won't able to contact custo

i ordered ives kurti from myntra on ** sep and paid through card.. the next day recieve mail which i saw after two days bcoz i'm not regular use to go through my mails..so i had no idea how refunding will take place..but i thght they haven't contacted me so amount will be refunded automatically... but i dint got any msg or reply to it.. after ** days i tried to call mynta customer care no. more than ** times but there was no one to talk in person..it was just repeatitive automated things going on call over and over again.. so its now **days but still i have no idea how to and to whom is should talk to..to discuss the issue..
