Myntra customer service - Myntra asking GovtID

Myntra has locker the account because of their mistake in application where it is creating new account whenever we try to login, and now because they have made mistake and created multiple accounts, they are asking Government Pan Card for activating the account. How can Myntra ask Government ID for this application which only delivers products. They have not even done KYC for all, and then for simple activation of account they need Govt ID.
