Betway - my withdrawals from bet was not credited in my bank

Hi Team,
i have deposited ***** and played on betway after i winning ****** they are not crediting to my account and later i deposited more around ***** but i lost those which i lost they have taken it but when i win they are not crediting in to my account

so i connected betway support team from chat its worst waiting for more than * hours to connect to them and rarely connect after i connected they says still in pending they mentally harassing me

please try to understand my issue and help me to get amount from betway
