Hi Madam/Sir,
I have purchased *****/- Vu Tv online in Flipkart on **th May **** and I got it around *th June ****, after using *months on *st Sep **** TV suddenly stopped working, FYI I have purched extra extended warranty worth of ****/- , I have raised complaint around *th Sep to Vu Tv brand, they asked me for invoice and warranty details,I have shared details to this support@vutvs.com, after few days tech support member came said, TV motherboard failed they asked me to wait for motherboard I waited * week, after * week they came and checked with a new motherboard and said tv panel gone bad, I have waited one more week, no reply, even I am calling to tech team members they are not responding to emails, I have started mailing every one week regarding the status update. they are saying item out of stock, since ** days saying item under dispatch. We recently married and we purchasing each item with our saving, after a long struggle we purchased our first tv, it is really a disappointment for your new journey with such a faulty device, every day it makes us sad, due to this we both have fights, apart from this I was patiently sending and calling the tech for a status update, they are not responding to my calls, am getting constant reply mail stating that "We are regret for this issue, our team will revert to shortly". I am looking for a Working TV replacement or Full cash refund.
