Greetings, I'm Zaid Al. I purchased a PVR voucher from this number: **********. However, because of a technical glitch, my voucher money was withdrawn off, and I have not received a ticket from PVR. I've been reaching your agent nonstop, but they keep avoiding me and giving me strange excuses. They said it would take six hours, and yet I haven't received my money back after sixteen hours. The worst service I've ever seen.
