IDEA - My VIP number given to another person

I purchased VIP number i.e ********** from U.P in the name of my father Mr.Jagir Saini. It was back in ****-** (can't remember the exact year), and from then onwards it belongs to me. All my business run on that number. My WhatsApp runs on it, my e-mail account, my bank account, my facebook all have this number registered. Last month I visited a foreign country as a tourist, I recharged my number and make a call also, but still idea company given my registered number to someone else from Raipur. Sir/Madam, I am really in the problem. I am not able to access my bank account from my phone. All my business suffer from this. Please help me out, how can these companies give running number to someone else just because they are offered extra money. Please look into the matter I'm very tense. All hopes on u sir. Thanks.
