Zomato Bengaluru - My undelivered order was shown delivered

Hi, I placed an order #**********, on **th Aug ****, for my best friends birthday thru zomato for a cake frm FNP bakery, with my friends home address and contact no. Mentioned On the deliver to section. However the delivery guy Sandeepa K M, calls my frend and informs tat he's at my booking location. So I called him, frm the hospital. (I was hospitalised at santosh hsptl). I asked him whr is he? He rudely states tat he's followed the location of the booking. I said tat I hv mentioned the delivery address of my friends hm then Y did He come to the bkg location? He harshly said smthing and disconnected. Later wen I cald him bk he picks up and disconnects. Wen i checked the zomato site, he's already put thr as delivered to my friends home address. I cald my frend askg the same and also made my son chk with the security of the hospital and neither of us received the order. I hv bn trying Evry possible way to mk a complaint coz I hv already paid for it I was hospitalised, sick and hvg severe tonsils, the humiliation and embarrassement i faced along wid the pain of mkg calls and msging while I was suppose to rest exhausted me. Must mention Augustin Sir manager of FNP as sn as his staff informed him he cald me and since yesterday he's bn trying to get in touch wid Zomato team to hv this resolved. However the jist they hv gt out of my complaint is tat the package was delivered at my address. Which is nt true. Coz I hvnt received it. If I hd I wud hv sent to my friends home address and saved myself being embarrassed right nw.
