*th day of Nov **** I have purchased TVS Jupiter registration no tn** ak **** from s. v motors dealer.
*. I paid rs ***** with gst they not yet given gst bill. In my RC book mention sale amount rs *****
*. In my rc book without my photo and signature kindly enquire the dealer and grant me justice.

above address where I purchased two-wheelers.
in my rc book mentioned address is
