My smartphone POCO X* has got a new update of miui **.*.* and I installed it in my device. After installation the front camera and the wide angle camera of the smartphone is not working. And after * days the bluetooth and the audio(speakers) are also not working.Then I raised a querie in the service center and I came to knew that the motherboard of the phone has to be replaced and they would charge me ₹**** for it. They said this on the ground that my phone was out of warranty. There was a fault in the company's update and there are a lot of consumers facing the same problem. I am a student from middle class family who requires phone for basic studies and hard to get a new one. My experience with POCO was really very bad and I suggest don't go with POCO.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
