Glamour by shivani - My skin burnt by parlor by waxing

I had gone for my treatment like waxing , manicure,padicure etc because on **th April there was my engagement.
I have done this on ** April.
There was so much eaching in my affected area, I told to the staff who done my waxing but she said that it's normal.
I didn't say then anything because I never done this type of waxing before that is Rica waxing.
After *-* days I saw my burnt body.
I immediately inform to Shivani glamour,she said sorry and all,I had go to the government hospital where she wrote me some medicinal tubes which are very costly,* days cream was about **** rs. And she wrote me for ** days
Shivani glamour had returned only **** rs.
But there was so much expense was coming for my treatment and I do not afford this treatment so that I asked for it Shivani glamour.
She said ok,but when it comes to send money she uses bad language that "Jo karna hai kar lo,Mai nahi dungi"
I need my treatment money only.
I BURNT very badly.
