make you aware about an issue I'm facing with respect to Sparx shoes that I bought. I've bought these shoes * month ago and the sole has already gotten lose. I've tried contacting you via customer care number but I was unable to reach you. I would like to fix my shoes as soon as possible so please do contact me when it is possible.
